Generative AI algorithms are trained on data in order to build AI models. If we are trying to create an AI model of a person’s face - then we need substantial visual data, in the form of videos and images, of that person’s face - from all angles and in different lighting conditions. The AI algorithms are very smart, but still require real world imagery to learn from. A good size training dataset for a face model might be made up of at least 5 minutes of good quality video of the person.

- In the case of using Metaphysic PRO to create your own photoreal AI likeness, you own the video clip that features your AI likeness that was created by Metaphysic for you for the purpose of allowing you to copyright your AI likeness.
- Subsequently, you own your AI likeness to the extent that you can assert your copyright against a 3rd party that tried to create content featuring an AI avatar that looks like you.
